Our Team
Our staff are our most important asset and we seek the best staff for our school who are aligned to our vision, support the school's child centred approach to school and who are excited and innovative about trying new ideas to inspire children to learn.
We have high expectations of ourselves as staff and share and celebrate the strongest practice in school.
We try, wherever possible, not to use supply staff and are exceptionally proud of our support staff across school. Our regular staff surveys tell us that staff agree that we offer the best professional development opportunities and we link with local and national networks for our staff to be trained.
